Hi, I'm Erica!
Congratulations on taking this first step in seeking support for yourself or your child! My goal as a therapist is to form a relationship with you built on trust, honesty, and collaboration. I am committed to supporting children and parents alike by developing tools and strategies to bring comfort and peace into your home while honouring each individual's unique needs.

I believe that children will do the best they can with the skills they have and therefore look at the "why" behind behaviours seen. In my work with children, I use a variety of play and art techniques to build on children's skills. As a mother of 2 young children myself, I recognize that parenting is no easy journey and that there is no such thing as "perfect" parenting. I hope to help children build emotional resilience and a sense of worth and value no matter their neuro-type. I hope to help parents find confidence in their parenting journey and recognize they are not alone in the many feelings that come along with it. My goal is for all my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I hope to help empower you to make a positive difference in your life.

I am a neurodiversity affirming and client-centred therapist and adapt sessions to honour each individual's goals, values, and neuro-type. I draw from a variety of therapeutic interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, and Polyvagal theory.
