Hi, I'm Kyiara!

Hi there, and welcome. Reaching out for support especially when it comes to your child can take a lot of courage. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here! Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just want to better support your little one, you’re in the right place. I’m here to walk alongside you and cheer on your child through their milestones with warmth, and compassion.

With over five years of experience working with kids, I’ve learned that children are incredibly insightful and resilient, especially when they’re given the space to express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural. In our work together, I aim to create a playful, welcoming environment where your child can explore their thoughts and feelings through art, storytelling, and imagination. I believe behaviour is communication, and behind every big feeling or tough moment, there’s a story worth listening to.

Approach to Therapy

I align my work with client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy, tailoring each session to reflect your child’s unique needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in child-friendly ways, and often incorporate play, expressive arts, and gentle somatic techniques to support emotional growth and regulation.

Whether your child is working through big emotions, life transitions, or just needs a safe place to learn more about themselves—I’m here to help them feel seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
