Hi, I'm Lindsay
I am so glad you're here! It has always been my passion to support individuals, especially young people, through the hardships and challenges of life. As a mom, I know how hard it can be to juggle your own needs while constantly worrying about your child’s. We so desperately want to find balance, peace and strength for ourselves and our families. In our teen years, life often feels confusing and difficult to navigate. It's a time where we want to feel understood and accepted, while also attempting to form an identity and build relationships. Sometimes this all seems too much to handle on our own. It is my goal to provide a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard and accepted while exploring life’s challenges, struggles and successes. I hope to listen to your story and walk alongside you as you explore what it means to be YOU.

Approach to Therapy
I strongly believe in honouring each individual's unique ways of thinking, processing, and being in the world. I’m passionate about helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves—celebrating their strengths, recognizing their needs, and empowering them to be exactly who they are.
Through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens, I plan to work collaboratively with you to explore your identity, reduce shame, foster self-acceptance and develop tools for navigating life in ways that work for you. I am passionate in areas of ADHD, anxiety, learning differences, sensory sensitivities and autism spectrum. I draw from several modalities including: ACT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, IFS, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
