Group counselling for youth
This group aims to provide a safe space for teens to learn about their anxiety and develop the tools to help manage their everyday worries. Through evidence based practice, teens will engage in a variety of activities and discussions about anxiety- while building confidence in their skills and ability to cope.
Run by a Lindsay Vandenbussche MSW, RSW.

CommYOUnity is honoured to be partnering with Melissa Sulley (@josiahandco) to bring a night of information, connection and discussion around pregnancy and infant loss.
Come join Melissa Sulley (@josiahandco), Certified Pregnancy & Infant Loss Coach, as we explore Pregnancy & Infant loss and its impact on families and individuals.
Melissa Sulley (she/her) is a Certified Pregnancy & Infant Loss Coach, Loss Doula, Educator and a fellow bereaved parent. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Education from Western University.
Melissa is passionate about building supportive communities for folks who have experienced or are faced with a miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, termination for medical reasons, and/or abortion.
She is the mother of three children earth-side and seven children waiting for her in the stars. Her first experience with pregnancy loss was in 2015 when she lost her son Josiah at 20 weeks. After Josiah, she lost three more babies in the second trimester and three within the first trimester. Melissa is passionate about sharing her personal journey through grief and helping others navigate through the difficult waters of loss. She calls Hamilton, Ontario home where she resides with her kiddos.
